Evolved was recently asked to present at a forum in Portland, Oregon on the topic of Multnomah County's "Journey to 100% Renewables." We spoke to lessons learned in other jurisdictions that have undertaken deep decarbonization; the importance of planning processes that take into account the views of a wide variety of stakeholders; and some of the types of choices they will have to make as they undertake this ambitious goal.
